VTRC examines French Canadian discrimination, September 25

The Vermont Truth and Reconciliation Commission is a state Commission (Act 128) that is charged with examining state-based discrimination. It was created after the legislative apology for state-sanctioned eugenics. French Canadians/Franco Americans are one of the four communities they are lifting.
